After being in  a car accident last November  and going through a lot of Physical Therapy, our assistant instructor Starlite Connoly is coming back slowly.

She’s has been stretching daily during classes and assisting Lewis Munger with the beginners students.

One of her doctors said if she wasn’t involved in Martial Arts she probably would be paralyzed after the accident.

Thanks for the support from the parents from our school and the kind words.

“She has been through a lot and we have been supporting her since, and once again she showed how mentally strong she is and how much she missed teaching and competing in Taekwondo. We are very happy she is back.” RLMA
