October 5th – We ran a Women’s Self Defense class and all participants donated funds to help St.Judes Hospital. Our attendees learned basic Brazilian Jiujitsu techniques to help them to become more Empowered if they ever get attacked.

We had a visit of Brazilian Taekwondo Athletes, students of Master Fabio Goulart in our school. Our Team had a great time training with them. It was definitely an amazing experience since we have a Team of young athletes, ages ranging from 7 years old and up!
