Before & After School Program: Monday-Friday, you can drop off your child as early as 7am and we will bring them to their regular school, then pick them up and bring them back to our Martial Arts school and teach them a Taekwondo class, give them a snack and help them with homework. Regis Lima Martial Arts of Spring Hill and Port Richey competed in the AAU Florida State Tae Kwon Do Championship Nationals Qualifier in Winter Haven on April 24.

The 16 students were among almost 500 competitors from all over the state and brought home 31 medals. All of the athletes qualified for the AAU Nationals Tae Kwon Do Championships in Fort Lauderdale, which will be held from June 30 to July 3.

“We have been competing with AAU since 2004, and now we have a brand new team with very young athletes that have already shown they have a bright future ahead of them,” master Regis Lima said. “I’m very proud of them and happy with the support of their families to our school.”

Congratulations to Team NLT (Pasco Co./Hernando Co./Miami), they competed in the AAU 2010 Florida State Championship (2010 Nationals qualifier) in Forms and Olympic Sparring  on April 24th, 2010 and here are the results:

NLT/Port Richey (competed at the Mt. Dora Challenge): Amanda Lobianco, Angelica Martello, Brandon Poire, Gage Sugg, Jacob and Justin Rockwell, Kate Towne, Serena McNally and Trey Johnson.

Coaches: Master Lima, Pamela Towne and Ralph Lobianco -11 Gold, 6 Silver and 4 Bronze.

NLT/Miami (Competed at the Winter Games): Jared Keil, Julieta Rakover, Christian Guzmari, Tamim Daly and Darrel Woodward .

Coach: Master Antwan Wilson -3 Gold, 3 silver and 1 Bronze.

We are very proud of our athletes and we are getting ready for States Championship (Nationals Qualifier 2010).

On March 6th and 7th both teams will be training together at our New Port Richey locations for a Training Camp.
