Learn Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) the right way, the ATT way!  Mixed martial arts is a combat sport that combines the various martial arts styles and disciplines including traditional Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and Brazilian Jujitsu to name a few.  The revolution of MMA exploded into the mega sport it is today through professional exposure including the UFC, Pride, and K-1.  MMA will continue to evolve and expand as athletes and fighters become more knowledgeable, better trained, and more experienced in mastering multiple martial arts styles.

Our school is the only martial arts school in Pasco and Hernando County to attain a license to teach MMA under the American Top Team banner.  ATT is arguably, the largest and most reputable of all MMA fighting teams.  Most ATT professional fighters are champions and top contenders in almost every professional MMA forum around the world, including the UFC.  ATT continues to grow as more and more top professional names are joining ATT to learn the secret of champions.

We are certified under ATT to teach LEVEL 1 MMA using their proven systems and know-how.  Level 1 includes all basic techniques that are proven to be the most effective as a means of self-defense in the street, or in the cage.  Whether you’re an amateur or professional fighter, level 1 is a pre-requisite for all.  Level 1 implements 3 parts: Striking (stand-up punches and kicks), Take downs (pummeling, clinch, sweeps), and Grappling (submission wrestling, jujitsu, “ground & pound”).  However, our ATT methods are taught in a safe, student friendly, and positive learning environment.  ATT enforces traditional martial arts values such as discipline and respect for oneself and others.
